According to NASA, Tianqi is a series of small Chinese experimental low-orbit communications satellites by Guodian Gaoke. Constellation Tianqi, which is also known as “Apocalypse Constellation” provides maritime communication services, environmental protection, meteorological, forest, geological, emergency and rescue branches of industry, and to expand the global coverage of China's data network.
PH «Ceres-1S» - a four-stage rocket, which has close 19 m in height and 1,4 m in diameter. She is able to deliver 400 kg of payload to low Earth orbit or 300 kg into a sun-synchronous orbit with a height of 500 km.
