19 November 2025 year, the South Korean private space company Innospace (Sejong city, South Korea) announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Madari Space (UAE), a space company in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which aims to build an orbital data center, on the development and commercialization of an orbital data processing center.
Thanks to this memorandum, INNOSPACE will use its experience in system development, environmental tests, launches, data transfer, etc, and Madari Space will use its expertise in developing orbital data centers and regional networks. The two companies will cooperate on the construction of orbital data processing centers, development of satellite launch and operation services, and will also study the possibilities of commercialization.
