FAA decision, obviously, related to a difficult situation, caused by the federal government shutdown, which continues with 1 October 2025 year. on controllers, who monitor air traffic, The FAA has imposed time limits on commercial orbital launches, which also apply to private devices, return of spacecraft and / or their components
from space to Earth. Probably, restrictions on the time of commercial launches will remain until the end of the shutdown.
