Ukraine plans to create space troops to the end 2025 year. The corresponding intentions are enshrined in the Government Activity Program, Which Cabinet of Ministers has submitted for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada, writes UNN.

The Government of Ukraine outlined a number of ambitious tasks in the field of defense and security, Among them – Formation of a new model of defense forces with the inclusion of space troops. As the Program of the Cabinet activity program follows, Creating this type of troops must be completed to 31 December 2025 year.
Particular emphasis is placed on integrated airfilling and anti -missile defense, as well as the development of cyber- and space component. On schedule, to the end 2025 the year these directions have to reach at least 60% Operational readiness.
in addition, The Government plans to submit to the Parliament a bill on ratification of the EU Agreement, that will allow Ukraine to join space programs “Copernicus”, “The events of space weather” and “Earth objects”.
In perspective 2026 the year Cabinet predicts the introduction of the latest technologies in military sphere. It's about autonomous lesions, a solution based on artificial intelligence, Eelectronic fighting, as well as about the deployment of aerospace intelligence and digital visualization, integrated into a single battle management system.
